Thanks to all who've responded.  I'm sorry that I haven't used a  signature 
but I'd just as soon not get my name and organization out there as  being in 
the market for anything.  I just assumed that my email  address would show up in 
the "from" line and that would be enough.   For anyone who doesn't have it

For the record, I've been involved in records management for over  forty 
years so I've seen a lot of ideas and systems.  I've Googled and I've  used ARMA 
and I've been in contact with vendors.  I'd just like to know  what other 
professionals are thinking.  (If there is anything I've learned  in my 50 plus 
years in the working world is that I'm pretty dumb if I try to  solve a problem 
without using every resource that I have, including asking  for input from 
others.)

Please use a  sig-block. doesn't have to be much. use mine as an example or
as the  military would say just give us your name, rank and serial number
