General Summary:

 

Responsible for the overall management of outsourced services; including records management, mail services, and print services at customer sites in the Denver Metro Area.  Position is responsible for  management and delivery of outsourced services.  Responsible for the full operations of a team of associates, including labor utilization/management, materials, equipment, and asset inventories. Responsible for accurate reporting and billing functions.  Strong human resource skills are critical.  This position reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Programs.

 

Qualifications:

 

§          Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

§          Five years experience managing a multi-site service delivery system, preferably in an outsourced setting.

§          Expertise in all areas of Records Management. Includes database management, scanning, storage, retrieval and disposition.

§          Knowledge and experience in mail, and print services. 

§          Skills and experience in the following areas: Managing staff; Project Management; Analysis and Reporting, Problem-solving and Negotiation. 

§          Excellent customer service skills.

§          Quality focus and initiative.

§          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

§          Ability to interface well with all levels of customers, associates and employees.

§          Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office products.

§          Ability to travel regularly among assigned customer locations.

§          Prefer records management certification

§          Prefer membership and/or participation industry professional organizations

§          Successful pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation are required.
