Hi Greg and others who mentioned RFID.

We have started looking at RFID (well reading about it on the  
internet etc).  We do need to scope a project out like this totally  
as budget $$ are a major hurdle in our Dept and I would really need  
to justify this to senior management as they don't see missing files  
a problem until they need them urgently :-)
Hey maybe that is what I need to do, everytime they need a file it  
vanishes mysteriously LOL
