Has anyone else on the list received an email with an offer of an
"Investment Proposition"?  The writer of this email claims to have
obtained my email address from:

 "a financial source records and group Record

of international responsible business associated currently listed among

others" 

All the writer wanted was for me to provide him with my banking
information.  I didn't, of course, but I am interested in learning how
my email information was obtained.
