Interesting.  I honestly haven't had time to read the article yet (but
will!), but wanted to comment on a legal aspect of this.  I was
discussing privilege with one of our litigators the other day and we
were both commenting on the building case law that email sent by an
individual to their personal attorney on company email systems is
increasingly being found to NOT be protected under privilege (so long as
the Company has a "no personal use" policy for email).  The SMS issue on
company phones (Sharon, I have a Curve too, and I LOVE it!!) is
interesting since it appears I could text my attorney from my blackberry
and be protected, but if I sent him an email from my blackberry I
wouldn't.
