I have to concur with those who have responded that one can get good info
from these presentations. I also attended last Wednesday's presentation
on "Getting Rid of Your Paper. Or not!" and found it informative. I had
two of my employees sit in with me to watch the presentation and they also
found it informative. The Iron Mountain piece was good also. He did not
present it as a "This is what Iron Mountain can do for you" spiel but as a
case study to illustrate what the presenter from Cohasset gave.

I agree that if you start to get the hard sell, pull the plug. I view
these AIIM webinars as just another source to learn more about RIM related
issues for no cost, so why not take advantage of them? An hour is not
alot of time to cover some of the topics in any detail. This one actually
went over by about 10 minutes to accommodate the questions and still not
all questions were addressed due to time constraints.
