Hi all,
I have a question about the records of a Small Business Development Center that we have here in St. Cloud and is affiliated with St. Cloud State University through the School of Business.
The center about their client files. They have files for clients that they help. In the files are reports of consultation (which lives on database after 2002) and financial data provided by the client. From what I understand, the practice here has been to open a file for each year for the client. So, if a client is helped each year, there will be separate file. If the business doesn't come back, then there is obviously only one file for them, but they'd like to keep files just in case the business does return.
My searching and asking hasn't helped, so I'm turning to you all.
Any help or nudges in the right direction would be great.
Thanks,
Tom
