Jesse, any tool that improves real constituent communication is a good
thing as far as I am concerned. Whether the use of such tools reduces
public records requests is somewhat more doubtful. It depends on what
they are documenting, and how objective/subjective their content is
judged to be as a source of evidence relating to particular concerns.
