We actually had two Assistant City Attorneys in the class discussion
today backing us up. Being in Energy, I'm sure you know that much of
their fear comes from regulatory agencies always requesting information
from ages ago.  I did inform the business units that the could make
recommendations to lengthen a retention period provided there was a
business need that we could justify to the RMO and to the State.
