That's a very good suggestion; we actually had initial meetings with the
each business unit manager and records coordinator.  A number of things
were discussed -- including retention schedules and these issues were
never brought up.  I will, however, hold follow-up meetings as required
to attempt to quell as many of these concerns as possible.
