Okay got a question. when you were developing the retention schedules how
many folks from the departments concerned did you involve in the
development? For example were these "protesters" aware that retention
schedules were under development?  What groundwork was done to prepare these
folks for the implementation?
In my experience you need to tell all the people upfront what is going on.
And you need to continue to inform continously during the development
process so that when it comes time to edumacate them they are full informed.
If the class was the first time they heard of this process you definitely
have some work ahead of you.
