Sounds like you need something like an enhanced version of Outlook's task
list.  ACT! Or some other sales management tool may be enough.

This is nothing like process mapping.  That is flowcharting or documenting
all of the steps and decisions in a process.

Does anyone have any experience in developing a tracking system for data
collection for analysis and reporting of initiative and identifying
priorities during the development and implementation phase in regards to
the development of a new RIM program.

 

Additionally, there was discussion, a while back, in regards to process
mapping. This is the same thing?
