As any of us who have worked in litigation support know, we don't get to miss search terms or keywords when responding to a subpoena duces tecum. And the person performing a search may be asked to sign an affidavit or may be deposed. Hence the need for a process and for documentation as to what was searched, by who, and what were the agreed upon terms.
Serious business.
