Well done, Laurie!

I am surprised by IMJ's attitude towards Laurie's paper. IMHO his language 
is rather mild in comparison :) I think IMJ actually needs more emotional 
and thought-provoking papers.

Speaking about BIG vendors, they even don't bother to educate their Russian 
salesmen about the goals of the RM modules/solutions offered. These are 
marketed as archival tools.
