I am developing an RM compliance audit for my organization. I have searched the list archives, the web, and published articles for existing guidelines and info to help me out. And I am about done with the first draft of a plan. Of particular interest to me, though, and something not addressed in any sources I've found, is framing questions for questionnaires. I know of course that I have to develop questions based on my specific situation and needs, but I was wondering if anyone had any "lessons learned" type insight into framing the questions so that you get the info you need.
(I already know that I can deliver the questions via on-line survey services like Survey Monkey and polldaddy. The delivery method is not my question.)
Thanks for your help,
