Peter said  "......Email that is not related to the business should be destroyed or disposed of as soon as possible..."
 
I believe that's what my post said as well....e-mail that is no longer needed (and is not deleted by the user) would be disposed off automatically as per the e-mail policy which is 30-90 days.....
