ARMA has a Forum on its web site with a special logon to Governance  issues. 
The site shows 1387 users as registered, however there is are only two  inputs 
going back to 11/14/2007 with no responses.Much of what Doug has said or  
questions regarding such actions have been going on for some time, yet nothing  
has ever been said on this Forum station.  I doubt there is sufficient List  
serve inquiries or interest to justify a sudden governance appearance. I  also 
doubt if 1%  of our members having access to "MY ARMA" read the  monthly 
telephone minutes. The Board has been talking about this issue for  some time and a 
lot of time is being spent on it. Why not issue the telephone  minutes as a 
monthy e-mail news item. We do it with other news items.If the  Forum doesn't 
warrant HQ or Board member response, maybe we should be using the  e-mail.Of 
course, it sounds simple in comparison, but what ever happened to the  revision 
of the ALs. I guess that is also dependant upon the governance  issues.
