"Doug, in my experience the records of members of legislative bodies are
not covered by public records requirements. This is not the case with
executive bodies, which are considered part of the larger "government"
subject to public records disclosure.

I understand that Dwight, so my question was a bit on the "rhetorical
side". In my view granting email secrecy to legislative bodies, while
requiring it of executives represents yet another double standard....One
where those who pass the laws fail to apply the same requirements to
themselves.
