first of all take a look at the sessions being offered. Identify the ones
you will want to take. then explain why and how attending these sessions
will benefit not only you, but your organization.

focus on how attendance benefits the organization first then you.

review the list of vendors that will be exhibiting. if you don't have an
ERMS application in your organization point out that at this conference you
will be able to meet with the leading ERMS vendors, observe product
demonstrations.
