i would like to ask regarding disclosure patient information on regards, HIV postive. we as Health information management Its ethical to hide HIV
information from relatives?  its
ethical to disclose  patient information related to HIV patient?iam telling this story because there is one man he hide that he has HIV, his wife didnt know that after 6 month he transmitted disease to her? its a sad story in your workplace or in your country what is procedure??
if in your workplace have certain policy kindly can you discuss it with me?
