Can anyone direct me to documented best practices regarding the establishment and maintenance of Ethical Walls in law firms?  I'm not looking for 'this is what we do' - I'm looking for the resources you used to determine your policies.  We have procedures in place, but are looking for guidance as we determine how to handle a number of associated issues.
