If someone 'needs' a job (doesn't currently have one) they most likely wouldn't be able to pay for the expo themselves... Is there anyway to submit a resume to this group if we our out-of-work and can't afford to attend the conference?

Good Day Fellow Lister's,
I just realized that I will be in Vegas on vacation at the same time
the ARMA Conference is going on. Unfortunately, I will not be able to
afford any of the sessions, but would like to attend the Expo. I am
trying to register for an Expo Pass and hopefully will be able to meet
up with some of you.
Let me know if you are interested in getting together. I am still
looking for a position in Records Management, possibly in consulting or
