Not sure exactly what you mean by "check-in" If you mean check-in to the 
hotel, i.e., the Hilton, check-in time is officially after 4 PM the day 
you have a reservation for.  Registration for the conference is at the Las 
Vegas Convention Center and not the Hilton.  Registration opens for 
attendees at 3 PM on Sunday, unless one is registered for the pre-cons. 
One can try and check-in to the hotel before that 4 PM time.  If they have 
rooms available, the chances are pretty good that you can check in 
earlier.  If you can't, the Bell Captain will hold your luggage for you.
