Hello everyone

I am currently developing some training materials for a small organisation
of mainly engineers with various levels of computer literacy and experience
with our current EDRMS system. I would like to ensure that the training I
provide is targeted to those who need it. To do this I was going to develop
some kind of short online assessment of our users' current skills in both RM
concepts and practical use of our EDRM system - thus being able to
demonstrate with evidence those who need training and those who are
currently "competent".

Does anyone have any assessment methods/tools/surveys etc that they would be
willing to share with me?
