Folks, Susan McKinney is one of the stars of records management. Her approach is dynamic, active (not passive), and she knows a lot about RM in higher ed. She is working to bring the higher ed. members of ARMA to a point where we can communicate and share ideas and documents. My records managment program at the University of Tennessee is in its 25th year! 

Leadership is everything, and I'd love to hear how those in higher ed. lead their programs.
