Hi, List,

Please excuse cross-postings. I have several questions for those of you
who use an electronic document management system (EDMS), particularly in
a regulated industry. If you are "paperless," that's even better.
Specifically, I'd like to discuss whether you have a certified copy
definition, and what your retention & disposition policies look like for
hardcopy and e-records. Finally, I'm interested in hearing about your
experiences with auditors who might be given access to EDMS records.

Please contact me off-list. I will summarize and repost my findings to
the entire list.

Best regards,

David
