From the State of Arizona's Records Management Web Site...

The State Records Management Center (RMC) is a custom built records storage
facility. It is located just two blocks west of the State Capitol building
in Phoenix, Arizona. RMC provides storage for the inactive records of
Arizona state agencies....

They even have vault storage available for electronic records.

No excuse at all!
