I does not seem so at this time. They use Kofax products on the front end 
and have not mention said Dutch company yet.  I will ask further when I get 
into more one-on-one discussions.  We shall see.

If I didn't mention it in yesterday's message, I did see the Dutch company's 
name pop up frequently in my search.

As a *Googlist* with considerable experience in the broader field of 
*searchology*, I can only support John's assertion that the customer must 
have been referring to the name brand of the Dutch company, and not a 
general process or discipline.
