Re Patrick's discussion about these issues....wanted to point out a
potentially confusing acronym.

"First, RIM devices and some other devices will use a specialized server
and communications pathway to deliver and manage communications from the
device. For RIM, this is the Blackberry Enterprise Server. Motorola has
the Good Mobile Messaging system."

Although I am pretty sure he was using RIM there to mean the company
Research in Motion, it certainly has another meaning for most of
us.......Patrick, am I correct in my assumption??

Just another issue we "RIM" managers must deal with in our acronym-prone
world.
