I would think there would be four things to look at Dustin
1. Could they go into the project file?
2.  Are they associated with a long term contract - should they be included with that data somehow because they may be used on multiple projects
3.  Are the safety training narratives and logs enough for documentation or should they be kept as other have said due to safety regs?
4.  Also with the new plant regs, they may be required, at least a portion of them for the background checks
