NARA offers an individual Certification of Federal Records Management
Training  program for Federal employees who successfully complete
Knowledge Area (KA's) training. This training program will improve the
effectiveness of an agency records management program while increasing
the level of professionalism of those managing the records. 
Participants may take examinations upon completion of KA's 2 - 6 for
certification. Those who successfully pass all five examinations will
receive NARA's Certificate of Federal Records Management Training ,
signed by the Archivist of the United States.

You can start on the path to certification with KA2: Creating and
Maintaining Agency Business Information and KA3: Records Scheduling
beginning January 13 through January 16 at the JFK Federal Building in
Boston.
