Hi All,
A few reminders regarding open enrollment:
1. Employees must either decline or elect coverage for
Medical/Vision and Dental - if only electing Dental they must also
decline Medical and Vision by clicking on the DECLINE button, failing to
do so will reject their enrollment.
2. Please remind employees that if they are electing Medical
coverage, they must also elect Vision coverage, failing to do so will
reject their enrollment.
3. If eligible for Life insurance employees must add beneficiaries
and assign percentages to their beneficiaries - please remind ALL
employees to add their beneficiaries. If they are not sure if they have
entered beneficiary information, please have them double-check.
4. Remind employees to double check their enrollment within 24/48
hours after submission to make sure that the coverage they have elected
has been approved
