Phil,

I manage both the off-site storage and shredding services (both paper
and electronic) for my company. We use a vendor as we have offices in
all 50 states. But all requests for shredding/records destruction
comes through and must be approved by me. My management believes that
records security is a key component of our records management program,
no matter the format, one reason why I inherited shredding when I was
hired. Works great.
