Sometimes the reports on these metrics can take 24-48 hours to request;
depending upon the service provider's data classification and
compilation abilities.  I know that causes me some frustration that the
activity, retention, disposition eligibility forecasts, and other
program dynamic reports are not "on-demand".

store within 24 hours to reschedule without me prompting.
