why depend upon the vendor to report? if they are visiting a retail
establishment and that facility has email connectivity, the store manager
can send an email to a special company email address reporting that the
vendor showed up at the site on (date) and (time) and (amount shredded), or
have them fax a receipt to you the day the shredding is done

don't always be dependent upon the vendor. Be proactive in managing your
contracts.
