Happy New Year!! Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday season and that the New Year gets off to a terrific start for all of you!

Now that I've been in this position for 6 months (!) and have become familiar with what is involved in starting an RIM program from scratch, I would like to take a step back and create a comprehensive project plan. Have any of you done this, and if so, would you be willing to share either your experience and/or-without violating organizational confidentiality policies-an outline of your plan.

I searched the archives and found a few postings that recommended Visio but wasn't sure if it was used in conjunction w/MS Project or as the project management tool itself.

BTW, I very much appreciate the feedback you all have given me during the last six months. Hopefully, as my professional experience and expertise grow, I will be able to return the favor many times over.
