Addressing Pilar's post....
 
Although I have been in the field for quite awhile I have only been an ARMA member for about half that time. BUT I have attended ARMA (and AIIM) programs since the beginning of my career. Also read the publications, had the benefit of working with and for CRMs.
 
I agree to the benefits of ARMA membership, but I don't believe it is essential. My opinion...I also think the Who is the best band ever. You may disagree.
