Yeah, this is sort of comical, because many Feds still think of the NARA
training as equivalent to a CRM designation... and although NARA now clearly
refers to completion of their program as a "certificate" the individuals who
obtain the training refer to themselves as "Certified Federal RMs" =)

I know the Fed Agencies seek out consultants that have CRMs, but I haven't
seen them regularly REQUIRING it; instead it's listed as 'desired" or
"preferred" in the qualifications

so I won't elaborate...
