IMO
Reusing boxes and barcodes are a bad idea. It opens your operation up to catastrphic error that can be easily avoided by using new barcodes and boxes. Peter can give you the list of articles related to this issue. 

the other issue is a little more touchy. The ethics of removing the lable from one box to place on another feels a little on the dark side to me. As a professional practice I would hope we could avoid this scenario. Of course we have no ethics board to review this type of activity so you can do what you want, but...
