I am looking for some feed-back on how companies are handling the new
very stringent MA Privacy Law in terms of safe-guarding data on private
citizens in Massachusetts. What type of changes, if any, have you
implemented into your safe-guard program? Our legal counsel is having
trouble interpreting the law. It could be very costly to implement,
i.e. encrypting laptops that contain data of this nature, etc.....
Any feed-back will be greatly appreciated.
