There are a number of them - some that I have used before or use currently
for something like this include:
Snagit
Camtasia
Articulate Presenter
Adobe (Macromedia) Breeze

But there are many more. AIIM uses Articulate for their online courses, but
it's a more expensive product at c. $700/seat. Snagit and Camtasia are
related products from the same company and are both reasonable though I
don't know a current cost. ARMA uses the other one and I think it's
in-between as far as cost goes.
