Subject: Database of Regulatory Requirements

Is anyone using a commercially available product/database that has all
of the recordkeeping requirements that organization must comply with?
This would include not only retention requirements, but also
requirements found in such statutes as HIPAA, Fair and Accurate Credit
Transactions Act (FACTA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Fair Pay Act, and
Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), etc.
