Read a bit more and do some analysis of the numbers and you might find
that a major portion of the decrease in earnings is in a large part
because of expenses (or invesrments/purchases) they elected to incur
during the year. Also don't forget they wfnt throgb a change in senior
management and are doing a major shift in their service Mosel away
from the traditional physical record storage game.
But I strongly agree their decisions to make hjese changes shouldn't
be hoisted on the backs of their existing customers, a'la $12 big mac
example
