Connie, I also watched the ESI presentation to which Mary Hilliard
alluded, and it also impressed me.

However, as Mary points out, only one of the three segments was prepared
by Ingersoll; the other two featured speakers from other entities: Kelly
Twigger of Quarles' Records Retention and E-Discovery Team, and Lisa
Berry-Tayman of Kahn Consulting. The segment on RIM Fundamentals was
presented by Lisa Berry-Tayman.

So I'm not sure to what extent the webinar fully represents the value of
the Ingersoll method.
