Good morning from Phoenix; I have two document imaging related
questions/comments. Are any of the organizations represented on the
Listserv imaging Workers' Comp documents in-house?  If so, I would be
interested in discussing off-line the metrics related to indexes per
minute and the extent of the index metadata being assigned to the image.

 

In addition, I would like to discuss organizational approaches to
imaging quality control, e.g. sampling, best practices etc.
