Hi all, and with apologies for both cross-posting AND trolling,
Most of you know that I teach the AIIM courses periodically - specifically,
the ERM, ECM, and Email courses. Many of you have taken one or more of the
AIIM courses (Practitioner, Specialist, or Master Class). For those of you
that wanted to complete the ERM Master Class but couldn't afford the cost or
the 4 days + travel out of the office, I am please to announce the Master
Completion course. I am teaching this class in Houston May 19-20.

This course will provide a review of all the updated content from the ERM
Strategy, Practitioner, and Specialist modules as well as a number of
hands-on, highly interactive exercises and activities. Students will also
have access to all the new online Practitioner and Specialist modules, the
Master Exam, and the home case study, and upon completion will receive the
AIIM ERM Master designation.

In order to register you MUST have completed the ERM Practitioner (ERMP) and
ERM Specialist (ERMS), which will be validated with AIIM prior to the
course. Cost is $1,050 for AIIM and ARMA members and $1,160 for non-members.
The class is strictly limited to 20 attendees - first paid, first serve. For
more information on this course or any of the AIIM Certificate Programs,
please contact me directly at [log in to unmask]

Now, to pay for a portion of my trolling and to increase the signal-to-noise
ratio a bit, here are some resources I've recently come across and
bookmarked. I haven't reviewed them all in detail but I've at least skimmed
them enough to know I need to come back to them sometime soon.
