Hi Glen,
The Master Class is 26 contact hours. I have to date been unsuccessful at
getting CRM credits pre-approved, so I cannot say for certain; but I believe
the ICRM grants credits upon documentation of the course. There is a lot of
documentation on the course on the AIIM website that describes the class; if
you include a brochure that would suffice I'd think.
