Hi Ben,
You can create your own.  Simply identify the RIM Best Practices that apply
to your RIM operations; then identify your current company practice for each
of those.  The difference is the GAP.  To identify RIM Best Practices you
could start with the ISO 15489 and select the practices that you want to
evaluate for your organization.

Next step is to plan how you will move from the current practice to the Best
Practice.  Implementing those improvements is where you will really have
fun:)
