Dear esteemed members,

Does anyone have examples of recent SEC violations which would be
applicable to include in a presentation to hourly employees?  We are
putting together a training presentation on Fraud and Falsification and
are trying to demonstrate how inaccurate records can be / is considered
"fraud / falsification".  We have some examples relating to production
of material, but need some pertaining to other functional areas, as
well.
