It would seem to me that based on the current technology and voting methods, many organizations may have to deal with perhaps three voting methods to get a final result:
-On-line voting
-Paper/mail-in votes
-Live voting at a shareholder meeting
Just to throw some complications into you polling.

Hi all,
Asking this question for an off-list colleague: Have any of you dealt with the issue of whether to maintain all of your shareholder proxy cards for your retention period or whether to just consider the certified voting records that summarize them as the official record and not maintain the cards? Just wanted to take an informal poll on this...thanks!
